All Protection Plans are non-refundable.
General Coverage
- Lifetime Guarantee on Stone Replacement – As long as your Protection Plan remains active, any stones that fall out under normal wear will be replaced.
- Cleaning & Repolish Services – Regular maintenance is provided based on your plan.
- A Protection Plan Must Be Purchased for Each Jewelry Item – Coverage applies only to the specific piece associated with the plan.
- If You Purchase Rose Gold or Yellow Gold, You Must Choose the Gold or Diamond Plan – These metals require re-dipping and additional polishing over time. If you do not have a Gold or Diamond Plan, you may be subject to additional charges for re-polishing and re-dipping services.
- Not Covered – Lost or stolen jewelry, broken clamps, or damage caused by excessive force or misuse (e.g., hitting or beating on the jewelry).

- A Protection Plan Must Be Purchased for Each Jewelry Item : Coverage applies only to the specific piece covered by the plan.
- Protection Plan Must Be Purchased Within 60 Days of Initial Sale: Plans cannot be added after this period.
- Plan Must Be Active for One Month Before Use: The plan cannot be used for cleaning or stone replacement within the first 30 days.
- Your Coverage Remains Active as Long as Payments Are Up to Date: If the plan is canceled or payments stop, coverage will end, and any future maintenance or repairs will require full payment at standard rates.
- Jewelry Must Be Sent to Jewels by OKQ for Services: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for cleanings and repairs.
- Does Not Include Lost or Stolen Jewelry – The plan only covers maintenance, cleaning, and stone replacement.
