Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Free

• Overnight Shipping: $150

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order ships.
Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

• Custom and personalized jewelry orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Delays

• Jewels by OKQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact support@jewelsbyokq.com, and we will assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors before reaching out.

• Jewels by OKQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If a package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier or email support@jewelsbyokq.com to file a claim.
