At Jewels by OKQ, we stand by the quality of our jewelry. While all sales are final, we do offer refunds for faulty or defective products under the following conditions.
Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are only available for items with a manufacturing defect.

You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and unworn.
Non-Refundable Items

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by third parties

Shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Request a Refund

Contact Us at support@jewelsbyokq.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Approval & Return Instructions will be sent if your request qualifies.

Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days if approved.
Return Shipping Costs

If the product is faulty, Jewels by OKQ will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item will be sent back.
