3. Custom Orders & Design Deposits

• A non-refundable design deposit is required before starting any custom jewelry order.

• Once the design process begins, the deposit cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred.

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free. Overnight shipping is available for $150.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

• Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns on all orders, but if there is a manufacturing defect, we will work to resolve the issue.

• Contact support@jewelsbyokq.com within 14 days of receiving your item if you have a concern.

• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
